Helping You Maintain Independence at Home

The Home Support Program provides essential services that enable older adults to live safely and independently in their own homes. By offering practical assistance and emotional support, we help individuals maintain their quality of life and reduce the risk of institutionalization.

Services Overview

Many older adults wish to remain in their homes but face challenges related to housekeeping, mobility, and social isolation. The Home Support Program addresses these needs by providing Chore/Housekeeping Services, ensuring that individuals can maintain a clean and safe living environment. Our trained professionals assist with routine household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and basic home maintenance.

For those at risk of social isolation, Friendly Visiting connects older adults with compassionate volunteers who provide companionship and emotional support. Similarly, our Telephone Reassurance Service offers regular wellness checks via phone calls, ensuring that participants feel supported and connected to their community.

Additionally, we provide access to Durable Medical Equipment and Assistive Technology, helping individuals obtain essential tools such as walkers, wheelchairs, and adaptive devices. These resources enhance mobility, improve safety, and promote greater independence for those with physical limitations.
