Bridging Gaps, Strengthening Communities
The Community Support Program provides targeted assistance for older adults who need help with short-term needs, legal services, and access to critical resources. This program ensures that aging individuals have equitable access to justice and essential support systems.
Services Overview
Life’s unexpected challenges can create barriers to independence, and our Community Support Program helps fill those gaps. Gap Filling Services provide short-term, urgent assistance for older adults who may need help with expenses such as rent, utilities, food, or emergency home repairs.
Additionally, our Legal Assistance Program ensures that older adults have access to legal services for issues such as elder rights, estate planning, healthcare directives, and housing disputes. By partnering with legal professionals and advocacy groups, we empower individuals to protect their rights and secure their future.
Through these services, we support older adults in overcoming immediate challenges while advocating for long-term stability and well-being. Our goal is to provide timely interventions that prevent crises and promote resilience.
