Connecting Networks, Enhancing Independence
The Aging & Disability Resource Network (ADRN) Program bridges the gap between aging and disability services, ensuring that older adults and individuals with disabilities can seamlessly access essential resources. This program fosters collaboration between service providers and promotes independence at all stages of life.
Services Overview
Navigating available resources can be overwhelming for older adults and individuals with disabilities. The ADRN Program streamlines this process by connecting clients with a coordinated network of services. Whether individuals need assistance with long-term care planning, transportation, healthcare, or housing, our specialists provide tailored guidance to meet their specific needs.
By partnering with local agencies, healthcare providers, and government organizations, ADRN enhances the availability of services while reducing duplication of efforts. Our team offers Options Counseling to help individuals and families make informed decisions regarding care, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of available benefits.
Additionally, ADRN plays a critical role in crisis response and emergency preparedness, ensuring that aging and disabled individuals receive support during times of need. Through a person-centered approach, this program empowers individuals to maintain autonomy and receive services that enhance their well-being.
