Overview
At Age Central, our programs are designed to support older adults, caregivers, and individuals with disabilities in leading independent, healthy, and connected lives. Rooted in the principles of dignity, equity, and choice, our services reflect a deep commitment to the evolving needs of our communities across Central Illinois. Whether it’s helping someone navigate Medicare, providing a hot meal to a homebound senior, or connecting a caregiver to vital respite services, Age Central stands as a trusted partner in promoting well-being and self-determination at every stage of aging.
Our programs span a wide range of supports—from transportation and nutrition to legal advocacy, mental health, caregiver education, and protective services. Each program is structured to reduce barriers and respond to real-life challenges, with a focus on delivering individualized, accessible assistance. We work closely with a diverse network of community partners, healthcare providers, and state and federal agencies to ensure that every service offered is informed, coordinated, and grounded in best practices.
As you explore our program offerings below, you’ll find that Age Central is more than a service provider—it’s a connector, a navigator, and an advocate.
We invite you to learn more about how each program is designed to meet specific needs while contributing to a broader mission of empowering aging individuals and their families throughout our six-county service area. Together, we are building a more informed, inclusive, and resilient aging network.
